About the Role

Educational Requirements

Experience Requirements
| Minimum Experience | 5+ years post-qualification experience in payroll management |
| ERP Knowledge | Hands-on experience in payroll modules of Oracle, SAP, or any ERP tool |
| Technical Skills | Proficient in payroll systems and data accuracy |
Key Responsibilities & Skills
- Manage payroll transactions: data entry, calculation, and disbursement
- Ensure accurate payroll cycles and timely completion
- Handle payroll audits, reporting, and compliance
- Communicate payroll updates and changes to employees
- Design and manage employee benefit programs
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Deep understanding of government rules on employee benefits and payroll laws
- Ability to handle complex payroll processes with accuracy
